File Transfer Checklist

• Make sure any document that prints to the edge has at least 1/4" bleed with crop marks on all sides of the finished page size and that the document is set up to bleed.
• Include all screen/printer fonts and placed graphics.
• Save images as Tiff or EPS format. Scanned images should be at least 300 dpi at 100%.
• Please specify Pantone (PMS) colors in the file.
• Make sure all 4-color files are CMYK. Do not use RGB mode.
• For solid black areas in 4-color documents, define black as C=40, M=40, Y=40, K=100.
